About the Role:
As the Year Level Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastoral care, academic progress, and overall well-being of students in Years 7-10. You will work closely with staff, students, and parents to foster a positive learning environment and ensure the smooth operation of your year levels. Your leadership will be key in driving student engagement, supporting teachers, and contributing to the broader school community.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and support to students and staff in Years 7-10.
  • Oversee student welfare, discipline, and academic progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and attendance.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and well-being.
  • Organise and participate in year-level events, activities, and camps.
  • Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.

About You:
  • Qualified teacher with experience in middle years education (Years 7-10).
  • Proven leadership skills and a passion for student welfare and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
