Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and engage with top-tier candidates for various roles within the education sector.
  2. Create job postings and pre-screen candidates
  3. Organise and manage candidate interviews
  4. Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates
  5. Develop database for current and future positions
  6. Candidate care and follow up calls 
Requirements:
  • Experience in recruitment is desirable but not mandatory
  • Good English and good communication skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Eagerness to learn and try/develop new approaches
  • Motivated and results-driven with a hunger for earning commissions.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fun work environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary package + Benefits:

Base: 70k-150k + super + commission (up to 40%)
The salary will be based on the experience.
