The Opportunity
As an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you will:
  • Lead and implement a nature-based learning program in an engaging indoor and outdoor environment.
  • Design and deliver high-quality early childhood programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
  • Ensure children's safety, wellbeing, and development by following regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Observe, assess, and document children's learning to tailor educational experiences that support their growth.
  • Collaborate with a team of educators to create a dynamic and inspiring learning environment.

About You
  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
  • NESA Registration (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training).
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF.
  • Willing to relocate to the Lismore region
