Currently, we're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Early Childhood Educator for this centre in the north-west of Sydney.

The Opportunity
  • Collaborate with the Lead Educator to implement high-quality educational programs.
  • Support children’s learning and development in a play-based environment.
  • Maintain positive, nurturing relationships with children, their families, and the community, fostering inclusivity and cultural safety.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring a safe physical environment for children, staff, and visitors.
  • Work as part of a team, promoting professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement in early childhood practices.
  • Contribute to the service's objectives and philosophy, ensuring all practices are in line with regulations and quality standards.
  • Assist with administrative functions, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to policies aimed at the continuous improvement of the service.
About You
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma Management certificatio
  • Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law, National Regulations, and National Quality Standards (NQS)
