The Centre
This Early Learning Centre is a 100-place childcare facility filled with love and warmth, where every child is seen and celebrated as an individual. In keeping with its inclusive philosophy, the centre instils in all children the belief that they can make a positive impact on the world in their own unique way, even as young children. The centre understands that children learn best through play, which forms the basis of its Early Learning program.

The Opportunity
  • Full-time assistant educator role in the Babies room
  • Support the Early Childhood Teacher in documentation and programming.
  • Ensure high levels of communication and collaborate to create a stimulating learning environment.
  • Assist with planning and setting up interactive and engaging spaces.
  • Establish and maintain a supportive team relationship with other early childhood educators.

About You
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Extensive experience in programming and documentation
  • Diploma of Early Childhood and Education
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience as an assistant educator
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
