The Opportunity
  • Implement a nature-based learning program supported by expansive outdoor environments and modern, well-resourced facilities.
  • For Lead Educators, provide coaching and oversee educational program planning, contributing to the centre’s high-quality practices.
  • Create engaging early childhood programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Establish meaningful connections with children, families, and team members to create a supportive and nurturing environment
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children by adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Design stimulating activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and growth, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Track children's development and learning milestones, keeping accurate records to tailor programs to their needs.
  • Work closely with fellow Educators to plan and deliver a cohesive and enriched learning environment.
  • Mentor and coach team members, review policies, and oversee the delivery of high-quality educational programs.

About You
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and compliance requirements.
  • Willing to relocate to Lismore region
