Currently, we're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Early Childhood Diploma Room Leader.

The Opportunity
  • Design and implement appropriate educational programs. 
  • Create a warm, inclusive, and safe atmosphere that fosters children's emotional and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of educators.
  • Establish strong partnerships with families.
  • Monitor and document children's progress through regular observations and assessments.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and organisational policies and procedures.
About You:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as room leader
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced setting,
