The Opportunity

As the Assistant Centre Director, you will:
- Support the Centre Director in staffing, compliance, and administration.
- Assist in leading and mentoring a team of educators to create a nurturing learning environment.
- Play a key role in staff recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with families and the broader Bialik College community.
- Ensure the Centre maintains the highest standards of child safety, education, and care.
About You:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education.
- Strong leadership experience with a proven ability to mentor and support educators.
- A deep understanding of Reggio Emilia philosophy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A commitment to upholding child safety and wellbeing in all aspects of the role.
- Respects and embraces Jewish values.
