Currently, we're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Centre Director for an organisation in Western Sydney!

The Opportunity:
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
  • versee day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators.
  • Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate programs.
  • Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, and administrative tasks.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and professional development sessions.
About You:
  • Qualifications: Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role within the early childhood sector.
  • Ability to inspire and guide a team with professionalism and positivity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with families, staff, and the community.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • You bring strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
